Gerard Dyson
Managing Director
Gerard is a seasoned Managing Director and joined Spectur in 2019 after holding executive roles with global consulting and advisory firm, Worley Limited. Gerard has extensive international experience and a strong background in engineering and construction across the infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.
Robin Walford
Chief Operating Officer
Robin brings with him a wealth of experience in sales and sales management, having been involved in sales and sales leadership for most of his career. Robin also brings valuable leadership and management experience, having been the CEO of Vista Energy for 12 years, leading the start-up to become a successful and profitable enterprise.
Peter Dickinson
Chief Technology Officer
Peter is a technology startup veteran who has operated at the intersection of remote sensing, Cloud services and machine learning for more than two decades. Peter is an engineer and product leader with global experience and a strong alignment to sales, customer success and commercial outcomes.
Ben Young
Our Executive Team
Ben brings more than a decade of sales and sales management experience across Australia, New Zealand and Europe where he has worked for companies that provide hardware, software and consulting services to a wide range of markets including mining, utilities, infrastructure and building & construction.

Darren Cooper
Non-Executive Chairman
Darren has more than 20 years of experience working in management and senior executive roles. He holds several board and strategic advisory roles across a range of industries including property, construction, labour hire, professional services and telecommunications. He is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee as well as a GAICD.
Gerard Dyson
Managing Director
Gerard is the Managing Director with more than 25 years experience across a range of local and global roles. Dr Dyson holds Honours and PhD qualifications in Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Diploma in Business Management. He is also a GAICD.
Bilyana Smith
Non-Executive Director
Bilyana has extensive international experience as a company director, CEO and strategic advisor in technology, property and media industries. She is Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee member with Spectur. Also Board Director with Fishburners Ltd, Advisory Board member with First Home London, she runs her own advisory practice specialising in business strategy and innovation. Bilyana holds MBA from the University of Sydney, Bachelor of Architecture and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate (GAICD). She lives in Sydney.
Suzie Foreman
Company Secretary
Suzie is a Chartered Accountant specialising in audit and corporate service. She brings more than 20 years of experience within the UK and Australia to our executive team where she leads the professional services group.
